NY/NJ Area Common Report

Philanthropy New York and the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers (CNJG) spearheaded a project to develop a common report form to help streamline the grant reporting process. 

The four-page report format includes directions for use, a sample cover sheet, and the common grant report guidelines. 

Important notes when using the common report:

  1. Funders have different reporting deadlines and timetables.  
  2. Funders may require additional information at any point during the reporting process.  
  3. Do not return the report to Philanthropy New York. Submit your report directly to the organization from which you are requesting support.
  4. Questions should be directed to the organization from which you received support.
