Kristen Ruff serves as Philanthropy New York’s Member Services Manager. Working with the Vice President of Member Services, she provides key support to Philanthropy New York members, including facilitating several professional peer networks, managing the launch of a new website with increased member features, responding to member requests for assistance and information, and developing programs for specific subsets of Philanthropy New York’s membership.

Prior to joining Philanthropy New York, Kristen coordinated the public education and humanitarian aid programs at MADRE, an international women’s human rights organization. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies at Wellesley College.
