Roshni Melia serves as Philanthropy New York’s Professional Education Manager. She works with the Director of Professional Education in developing and offering grantmakers various programs, teleconferences, and webinars.   

Roshni joined Philanthropy New York in November of 2007. Her previous nonprofit experience includes positions at the Altman Foundation and Citi Foundation. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University in 2004, and recently obtained a Masters in Public Adminstration from New York University's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
