The following funders accept the NY/NJ Area Common Report Form. If an organization you received support from is not listed below, be sure to ask; they may be currently changing their guidelines to accept the form.

Grantseekers:
Funders may require additional information at any time during the reporting process. Be sure to check with the appropriate funder before submitting your report. 

Do not submit your report to Philanthropy New York; submit to the organization from which you received support.
